Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of catalystaugmented.com and any digital products or consulting services purchased through it. By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Digital Products

• All products (Revit families, AutoCAD blocks, fabrication templates, Inventor parts, and bundles) are sold as digital downloads via Etsy and/or Gumroad.
• Once a file is downloaded, the sale is final. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law or at our discretion for genuine technical issues (e.g. corrupted files, incompatible format as described).
• If a product doesn't work as described, contact us at the email below before leaving a review — we'll do our best to fix it.

License & Usage

• Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files in your own projects, including commercial projects, for an unlimited number of end-projects.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage the files themselves (or substantially similar derivatives) as your own downloadable product, whether for free or for sale.
• Files may be modified for your own use as needed.

Consulting Services

BIM and technical design consulting is booked directly via email. Scope, pricing, and deliverables for consulting engagements are agreed individually between Catalyst Augmented and the client before work begins.

Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep product descriptions, compatibility information (e.g. software versions), and pricing accurate and up to date. Software compatibility can change as new versions are released — if you're unsure whether a product works with your specific software version, contact us before purchasing.

Limitation of Liability

Products and consulting are provided "as is." While every asset is tested before release, Catalyst Augmented is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including project delays or errors resulting from misuse of provided files.

Third-Party Platforms

Purchases are processed through Etsy and/or Gumroad and are subject to those platforms' own terms of service, in addition to these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
